The Replacement Rung for Stromberg Carlson RV Exterior Ladder measures 13-1/4" overall length. The diameter of the hole is 1". From the center of one of the holes to the other hole is 11-1/4" and the measurement between the holes is 10-1/4". From outside edge of one hole to the outside edge of the other is 11-3/4". You'd need two of these kits since your trailer is a tandem axle. If your brakes are still good you can just replace the hub and drum assembly. What you should do is check the drum and try and see or feel if there are any grooves on the inside of the drum. If there are then that would be the issue and you would need to replace the assembly.
